Returns

At B&M, we understand that there may be times when a purchase may not meet your needs or expectations. When that happens, we make completing a return as easy as possible.

Most items purchased can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are in original or unused condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for all returns.

Items You Can’t Return

Some products are non-returnable and non-refundable, such as the following:

  • Items over 30 days from purchase date
  • Electrical components
  • Items that are used, opened, or no longer in original packaging
  • Special orders
  • Custom rope splicing
  • Rope or cable sold by the foot
  • Non-stock and clearance items
  • Hazardous materials and products that use hazardous materials, such as flammable liquids or gasses
  • Outdoor power equipment (gassed or oiled)

Please make sure that your item is returned in original or unused condition with tags attached, and in the original manufacturer’s packaging including tags, components, accessories, manuals, certificates of authenticity, and other inserts.

Please follow the return instructions for each item to receive a refund. Do not include items from separate orders in the same return.

Return Fees

Certain situations and item conditions may incur fees. Note that an item cannot be sent back to you once it has been returned.

Shipping and Handling Fee – 100% of the cost to ship the return and any handling fees associated with the return are 100% the responsibility of you the customer.

Damage Fee – If you return an item that is damaged, missing parts, not in original condition, has tags removed or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an error by B&M. You, the customer, will not receive a refund and 100% of the item price will be deducted from the return amount.

Restock Fee – If you return an item that has electrical components; is a special order; is a rope that has custom rope splicing; is rope or cable sold by the foot; is non-stock, clearance, or final sale item; is a hazardous material or product that use hazardous materials, such as flammable liquids or gasses; or is outdoor power equipment (gassed or oiled), then you the customer will not receive a refund and 100% of the item price will be deducted from the return amount.

Unintended Items in My Return

If you accidentally sent the wrong item to B&M, please contact us as soon as possible. Note that we may not be able to locate mistakenly sent items and are unable to provide compensation in these cases. B&M does not store items sent in error and will handle (and/or dispose) such items at our discretion.

Returning Items Purchased in a Bundle or Kit

You must return all items purchased in a Bundle or Kit to receive a refund. Partial refunds are not available.

Refunds

You will receive a refund of the purchase price (less shipping, handling and other charges) upon inspection of the returned item(s). Additional services such as assembly, installation, and/or delivery fees are non-refundable once these services have been rendered by B&M. Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is not available, we will credit via gift card or in-store credit. We reserve the right to refuse returns under suspected abuse or fraud.

It may take three to five business days to issue your refund from the date of receipt of the returned item. It may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution.
