Shipping and Delivery

Ground Shipping is FREE for orders $100+

Free Ground Shipping is available on select products and does not apply to heavy weight items, unusually sized items, oversized packages, or freight shipments. To take advantage of the free ground shipping offer, please place a separate order for items that qualify for Free Ground Shipping and make sure your order is over the $100 threshold to qualify.

Heavy Weight Items include but are not limited to outdoor power equipment, batteries, cable, rope, fertilizer, liquid chemicals, oil, etc. If your order contains a combination of items that may qualify for free ground shipping and items that contain heavy weight product(s), then all items on the order do not qualify for Free Ground Shipping.

Oversized or Unusually Sized Items include but are not limited to poles, pole saws, rakes, shovels, hoes, pick axes, sledge hammers, elongated power tools, trash cans, etc. If your order contains a combination of items that may qualify for free ground shipping and items that contain oversized or unusually sized product(s), then all items on the order do not qualify for Free Ground Shipping.

Processing Timeline

Orders placed with standard shipping methods are typically processed within 2-3 business days. However, on occasion an order or part of an order can take up to 6-10 business days to ship. This could happen in the event that an item(s) is no longer available through our distribution site and has been placed on back-order. We will contact you if there is an item(s) on your order which cannot be sent right away. If an order contains item(s) on back-order, we will ship all in-stock items and send the back-ordered item(s) separately, at no extra shipping fee within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Timeline

Once an order is shipped, Ground Shipments can take up to 5-7 business days, depending on destination. This is an approximate timeline, and we cannot guarantee them. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by B&M or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. 

For orders that do not qualify for free ground shipping, we will apply the best and least expensive shipping and handling fees we can find through one of the following carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Expedited shipping or other special delivery methods require payment in advance (credit card or money order received prior to shipping). C.O.D.’s are not accepted.

Shipping Days and Store Closures

Shipping Days are on All Business Days. Weekends are not included in transit times.

B&M is closed on weekends and the following holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Independence Day, and Memorial Day.  All orders placed during weekends and company holidays are processed and shipped on the following working day.

Where We Ship

At this time, we only support shipping within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, HI/AK, APO/FPO, territories, or internationally.

If shipping to a freight forwarder, B&M is not liable for any damages, defects, material differences, or losses to your order or items once received by the freight forwarder.

We insist that you, as the customer, should refuse goods that are damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. Items missing after being received by you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.

Cancellations & Changes to Orders

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or modify your order in any way.  If you need to cancel an order, please contact us. If the order has not been shipped, we may be able to process the cancelled order as a return. Please see our return policy.

Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order’s free shipping eligibility.
