Payment Processing
Payments are primarily accepted through the online payment methods listed at check out. Contact us if you need to make other payment arrangements. In those cases, we are willing to accept money orders and cashier’s checks only. We do not accept personal checks. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Pickup Guidelines
Please be sure to follow our pickup guidelines. If the guidelines are not followed in any way, it can result in denying the pickup and/or cancellation of your order.
Pickup Guidelines:
– The person who placed the order must be the one to pickup.
– A valid photo ID must be present and match the billing name.
– Customer must have the order ID available.
Please Note: Once the order is ready for pickup you will have 10 days to pickup the order. After 10 days the order will be canceled and restocked.
Processing Time for In Store Pickup Orders
We aim to have your pickup order ready within 3-4 hours from the time it is placed. This is dependent on the time of day the order is placed and can be affect by store traffic. However, on occasion an order can take a few days longer to be ready. This could happen in the event that the item(s) is no longer available at our store and a transfer is needed.
Once your order is ready for pickup you will receive an email notifying you.
Please ensure you follow our pickup guidelines at time of pickup.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are brand new that are end of stock or discontinued product by the manufacturer. The merchandise may have scuffs, scratches, dents, and blemishes. Packaging may show wear or product may come in unbranded packaging.
Exclusions
Brands or Categories
Some brands and items are excluded from promotional coupons or discounts. Items that are excluded from promotional coupons or discounts will appear in your cart at full price. If a discount does not appear for the item, then the item is not eligible for the selected discount.

In the event of misspellings, pricing errors, or other mistakes on our website at www.bmproturf.com or at our physical store location at 2801 E. Miraloma Ave., Anaheim, CA 92806 where you wish to order or purchase, B&M Lawn and Garden, Inc. reserves the right to correct such errors and adjust your order accordingly.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you can receive a confirmation email and a link to track your package.
How do I return an item?
We allow specific items to be returned within 30 days of the order date. The shipping and processing fees associated with returning the items will be deducted from the refund amount. Refer to our Refunds & Returns policy for more details and to process a return.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed with standard shipping methods are typically processed within 2-3 business days. However, on occasion an order or part of an order can take up to 6-10 business days to ship. Refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
When will my order deliver?
We ship all orders standard ground (unless you select a faster shipping method). Standard ground typically takes about 1-7 business days from when the order is marked shipped. Refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
Can I pick up my order at your store location instead?
Absolutely! Picking up at our store location is always FREE. Please select In Store Pickup at checkout so we hold your order at Will Call. We are unable to modify shipping methods once an order has been processed for shipment.

Can I exchange an item?
We cannot process exchanges at this time, but you can easily return any unwanted items ordered on our site. Simply return the item(s) through our returns portal and place a new order for your desired item(s). This ensures that your desired item(s) remain in stock and are promptly shipped to you.

Can I cancel an order?
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

Can I get a price adjustment?
All prices are final. We do not offer price adjustments.

What if my shipment is processed as ‘Return to Sender’ by the carrier?
If your package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier it will be Returned to Sender.
In this situation once the order arrives at our facility it will be processed as a return and you will be credit.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to send you a replacement package. If you are still interested in the item(s), please place a new order and ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
My package was marked “delivered” but I cannot find it.
Before contacting us to investigate, please do the following:
- Check all exterior doors and locations where the package could be on the premises.
- Check with other members of your household.
- Check with the front desk, mail rooms, or building security if you live in an apartment complex.
- Look for a note from your carrier on the door or near the mailbox.
If you still cannot find your package, please contact us so we can help you contact the carrier and retrieve your lost package.
What if my order was received damaged, wrong, or incomplete?
The first thing you should do is take pictures to document the condition of the package when it arrives, keeping all enclosed packing slips.
Then contact us immediately so we can start the initial investigation.
