– Designed for progression on a horizontal lifeline (rope or cable) or on an elevated platform, without passing intermediate anchors
– VARIO adjustment system allows the lanyard length to be adjusted from 70cm/27.5″ to 167 cm/65.7″ (without connector) in order to reduce potential fall height
Absorbs energy in the event of a fall:
– Progressive tearing of the energy absorber webbing limits the impact force on the user
– Works with users who weigh between 60 kg/132 lbs. and 140 kg/308 lbs. (1)
Designed for use with a maximum length (including connectors) of:
– 200 cm under the CE EN 355 standard
– 183 cm (6 feet) under the ANSI Z359.13
– Minimal bulk: compact energy absorber facilitates handling
– Durable fabric pouch with a simple opening system protects the energy absorber from abrasion or contaminants while allowing for regular inspection of the absorber
Two options for installation on the harness, depending on use:
– Frequent connection/disconnection: with a carabiner held in correct position by the STRING positioning accessory (included with the lanyard)
– Semi-permanent connection: with a RING OPEN gated ring, whose circular shape allows optimal positioning
– Two connector options for the end of the lanyard: a locking carabiner or MGO OPEN connector with large gate opening
